📦 Ordering & Minimum Order Quantity

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts at just 1 piece for sample orders. For regular wholesale orders, we recommend a minimum of 5 pieces per model to get the best pricing. Volume discounts are available for orders of 20+ pieces.

How do I place an order?

Simply email us at houlei@live.cn with the model(s) you're interested in, desired quantity, and any customization requirements. We'll send you a detailed quotation within 24 hours. Once you confirm and pay the deposit, production begins.

Can I order different models in one shipment?

Yes, you can mix different models, colors and configurations in a single order. This is actually recommended to test market preferences before committing to larger quantities of a single model.

How can I get a sample?

Order a sample through our standard process. Sample costs are fully refundable against your first bulk order (minimum 10 pieces). We can ship fabric swatches or leather samples first if you prefer.

💰 Pricing & Payment

How much do your sofas cost?

Pricing depends on the model, material and quantity. As a reference:

  • Nova Compact Sofa: from $350/piece
  • Cloud L-Shape Sectional: from $550/piece
  • Aurora U-Shape Sectional: from $850/piece

Volume discounts: 5-9 pieces (5% off), 10-19 pieces (10% off), 20+ pieces (15% off). Custom quotes provided for every order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal for small/sample orders, and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

Are the prices FOB or CIF?

Our quoted prices are typically FOB Haikou or FOB Shenzhen. We can also provide CIF pricing (including ocean freight to your destination port) — just let us know your nearest port when requesting a quote.

🚢 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Production: 25-30 days from deposit confirmation.
Shipping: 10-15 days by ocean freight to US ports (Los Angeles, New York, Houston, etc.).
Total: Typically 35-45 days door-to-port. Express air shipping available for urgent orders (3-7 days, additional cost).

How are the sofas packaged?

Each sofa is wrapped in protective plastic, then packed in a heavy-duty corrugated carton with foam corner protectors. For LCL (less than container load) shipments, we add extra reinforcement. For FCL (full container), sofas are secured with straps and filling material.

Can you ship to Canada?

Yes! We regularly ship to both the United States and Canada. Common Canadian ports include Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. We handle all export documentation and can arrange customs brokerage if needed.

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

We primarily offer port-to-port (FOB/CIF) delivery. However, we can arrange door-to-door delivery through our logistics partners at an additional cost. Contact us for a door-to-door quote.

🎨 Customization

Can I customize the sofa design?

Absolutely! We offer full customization including: colors, fabrics, leather grades, dimensions, configurations (L-shape/U-shape/modular), cushion firmness, leg styles, and OEM/ODM branding. Send us your design sketches, reference photos, or specifications and we'll provide a quote.

Can I put my own brand label on the sofas?

Yes! We offer OEM services including custom brand labels, hangtags, and packaging with your logo. ODM (original design manufacturing) is also available if you need unique designs exclusive to your brand.

Do you provide 3D renders or design mockups?

Yes, for custom orders we provide 3D renders and design mockups before production begins. This ensures the final product matches your expectations. Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

What materials do you use?

Our standard materials include:

  • Frame: Solid hardwood (birch or pine) + plywood
  • Foam: 25D high-resilience sponge (seat), 20D (back)
  • Leather: Top-grain Italian-style leather (various grades)
  • Fabric: Linen, velvet, chenille, bouclé (300+ options)
  • Legs: Solid wood or stainless steel

Do your sofas meet US safety standards?

Yes. Our sofas comply with relevant US standards including California TB117-2013 flammability requirements. We use fire-retardant foam and can provide test reports upon request.

How do you ensure quality?

We follow a strict quality control process: (1) Raw material inspection, (2) In-line quality checks during production, (3) Finished product inspection, (4) Drop test and durability testing, (5) Pre-shipment inspection with photos sent to buyer for approval before packing.

🛡️ Warranty & Returns

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers frame breakage, spring failure, and significant foam deterioration. Normal wear and tear, fabric damage, and cosmetic issues are not covered.

What if the sofa arrives damaged?

Document the damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will either (1) send replacement parts/components at no charge, or (2) provide a discount on your next order. For significant damage, we will replace the unit.
